We're so not on the same page discipline-wise and it's really starting to get to both of us AND the kids. Any tips?

And the pregnant body comments... I just don't get it. They've never really bothered me, but it's just SO weird that suddenly people think they have the right to comment on your size. SO so weird. And creepy...Rosiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12888635342531960478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1489643054694002006.post-49024763460160537042013-04-17T11:37:51.509-07:002013-04-17T11:37:51.509-07:00Well, I think the opposite side of people saying h...Well, I think the opposite side of people saying how hugely pregnant you are is what I experienced Monday with James' speech therapist. She didn't know that I was pregnant (I am 27 wks and big). I said in reply, "I don't know if that's an insult or not." Her assumption, I guess, was that I just carry ALLLLL my weight in my belly and that I'm really, really fat and getting fatter.

Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01805401564651493025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1489643054694002006.post-43204489607139954842013-04-17T08:48:16.404-07:002013-04-17T08:48:16.404-07:00My hubby says that when they say "You can'...My hubby says that when they say "You can't even close your sweater!" you should just retort, "You can't even close your MOUTH!" :) :) :)Drollmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14791333129132616213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1489643054694002006.post-38311588927844472542013-04-17T05:34:13.046-07:002013-04-17T05:34:13.046-07:00I need a feel good parenting book right about now....I need a feel good parenting book right about now. Anything in there about teenagers?

I am a small person, 5'2. When I got pregnant with my first, I was only 20 and weighed about 105 pounds. I had a healthy pregnancy and didn't gain much, but even with that first baby : HUGE!!! By seven months people were asking if I was about to go into labor. So embarrassing and so rude. I think with baby number 6 I was quite possibly the largest pregnant human on the planet. And people told me so, all. the. time. Really made me self conscious, and I never was able to have one of those so cute pregnancies every lady dreams about. So what am I saying? I have no idea, I'm just whining!Rebekah Eshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07405354417859464849noreply@blogger.com
