This Sunday, the first of Lent, Ben and I drove two hours to participate in The Rite of Sending for our journey into the Catholic Church. We were gone from about 11am until a little after 7pm. And that was the longest I'd ever left Avie. It was hard to be gone from them. But the experience was wonderful! Our sponsors (aka our Godparents) came with us which was awesome. They are a married couple who raised 8 kids and they are amazing! We love them dearly and it was fun to get to talk with them without little ones demanding their attention. G & A love them too.
So without further ado, What I Wore Sunday:
